Log4OM

Hi,

First, I have read the FAQ, searched the forum for issues covering my question and looked at the videos, but my problem is not answered anywhere. The plotting of spots on the cluster map does not work. No red dots for the spots are shown. I have attached screenshots of my setup as a zip file since it is too large for an inline or picture-by-picture attachment.

I am grateful for any help on what´s wrong.

Problem solved. The map was too small, so I could not see the red dots on my high-resolution monitor. I had to maximise the Log4OM window to see them.
