Not getting the LOTW received verification in my log

I am getting the yes in the LOTW send column but the LOTW received column just shows NO. No confirmations from around 30 contacts.
I must have a setting wrong but not sure where.

What is the fix for this problem ?

Start on Page 102 of the current User Guide. You will read and learn from there about QSO confirmations and that includes LOTW.

And, while absorbing that information, what the 3 YouTube Videos that Terry - G4POP) has done about "Confirmations".
