Label Printing Error

I have a problem that I do not know can be solved without completely new install but I will ask the question and maybe someone will know.
I am unable to print labels. "I get a Log4OM detected an error will creating this page". Does anyone know if I restore will it restore everything or just the log data? Is there a file I can replace related to printing labels.

Just re-install the latest beta over the existing install

Just thought do you mean update to the latest version or install latest version over top of existing.

What he meant was just install the newest update over the top of your current version.

Then delete your incoming connections and re-add them using the presets in the new incoming connection setup.

The UPD setup is now a simple process and as far as we know there are no known issues.
