Reporting external services time issue

Hello,
Log4om reporting to qrz.com or LOTW via TQSL, also via adif file export also makes time seem as 00:00.
A strange issue that I could not work around. I have to use WSJT-X adif file for TQSL, and change qrz.com logbook manually all the time.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
I am using last updated version of LOG4OM, windows 10.
