It's ok now. Thinking it might be something with a new installation as one of my mates had exactly the same after installation.

Martin,

What callsign in particular did y'all experience this with. That is what Juergen was asking.

If you could provide that or a few callsigns if experienced with more than one we can test and attempt to replicate.

Also which of the 3 Map Providers have you selected to use? Google Maps, Bing Maps or Open Street Maps

That setting is at: Settings / Configuration / Program Settings

Jose,

Tnx for head's up. If you open the View / World Clock the 'gray line' does show up.

I'll give Lele a head's up to see about a fix for the lack of gray line in the Main (F6) panel.

Jose,

If you wait a moment or two or three the gray does show up. Not sure for the reason why the delay, but I'll ask Lele.

Update: Terry & I have done some testing and have experienced below ...

I have Log4OM on two "more mature" (IE: older) laptops and the gray line takes between 8 to 10 seconds before it appears and I also have a fiber optic internet connection.

Terry response for the gray line to appear is ~3 seconds.

Couple items of note: Terry's computer is far new/faster than my two older laptops and I'm also going to have Frontier check out and hopefully optimize my fiber network connection.

So, I don't think what you are experiencing is out of normal that is based on many factors as the tests that Terry and I have done have shown.

Hi
Yes, there is a small delay, but the color is very weak and it can hardly be seen with the map that I have configured (alternate 2) it can hardly be seen. I have tried the main map and it does look good, but I like the second map better since you can see the relief of the planet.

In 2 versions before, it was perfect...

Jose,

Got it ... I'm replicating that as well. I've just overlooked the very (VERY) faint gray line.

I've asked Terry & Lele to look into.
