Updating WWFF

Hi all. I recently tried to update the WWFF file in Awards. I followed the instructions in the manual. The update took about 22 hrs and when it had finished there were errors like it mentioned in the manual. I tried to edit them but when I thought it was correct and I hit the save button it all failed. I now have no WWFF references in the Award panel. Is there any "Easy" way to get them back. I found the instructions in the manual very convoluted and not straight forward.
