DDFM Award PB ?

Post by F6FLU »

Hello, something I don't understand in the DDFM award

If I look in the DDFM-07 I have "C" because I had the QSL confirmation paper

If I look in the DDFM-08 I have "V" because I have validation by LOTW and not by the paper QSL

But

If I look at the DDFM-09 I get “W” even though the QSO is validated by LOTW

What must be done for Log4OM to take this LOTW into account?
I must probably have an error somewhere?

Thank you for your help

for information
I have dozens of errors like this
The correction is simply to take QSO by QSO and re-create the DDFM in the "Award Refs" field.
and then everything is OK
So it's just to give the information to the developers that there is a problem, it's not serious but what is important is that Log4OM does not report an anomaly, it would be good if we could fix a utility to check this consistency :-)

Have you rescanned the award refs in Award statistics/maintainance?

Dis you use the Massive editor to set granted or submitted?

Hi Daniel,

That's easy to answer. Acccording to

https://ddfm.r-e-f.org/english/english.html

- In agreement with the I.A.R.U. Region 1 rules, each claim must be accompanied by a QSO list and by a statement from the applicant's national DX-AWARD-MANAGER that correctly filled in QSL's are really in possession of the applicant. If it's not possible the applicant must submit all the QSL's concerned

There is nothing mentioned on the REF web page that LoTW contacts are valid for any REF award, therefore by default this is not enabled. If you want to customize this for you locally, you can change this in the DDFM award definition in the Award Manager. Load the DDFM award definition, go to the Confimations tab and enable LoTW. Don't forget to save the changes and the definition.
