IC7300 Defaults to RTTY-R on TX (in WSJTX)

Hello,
Hopefully this is the right forum.

Getting setup and I noticed that my WSJTX defaults to RTTY-R upon TX (I'm using an IC7300 w/Windows11). I followed the user guide and made sure I searched around for this before I reached out. Is this normal?

Also, when I click on a call sign calling CQ in WSJTX shouldn't I see it in the L4OM dialogue screen with all of the info on that call sign? This should happen automatically...right? Or do I have to manually do that or find them on the band map and click there for that info?
