I suggest a clean install

Make a backup

Uninstall log4om

Rename the log4om folder in the C\...........\roaming directory

Reinstall and re-instate you user config file

Restart log4om

@G4POP Thanks, de-installing and re-installing did not do the trick. Even on a brand new Windows install the data lookup was still slow.

However, somehow it seems to have repaired itself in the original Virtual Machine. Too weird for words, but I'm happy and up and running again. Tried to recreate and find out what the culprit was, but now I can't get it to fail anymore.
