I worked four QSOs with PR0T, but I am not able to select the ARLHS award for one QSO in the "Edit QSO dialogue" and then the "Award Refs. tab". All QSOs were logged in Log4OM, the latest version available. No QSOs were imported. In the Award field, it is not possible to select the ARLHS award for one QSO. I have worked four QSOs with the station PR0T, and on the three others, I could select the ARLHS award and edit the lighthouses. Do you have any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum.
All 4 QSOs show Trindade & Martim Vaz Islands, the three successfully recorded and the one that I can´t choose the ARLHS award on as well

Re: Not able to select award for one QSO out of four
So same four call signs (PR0T) ?
on Four different bands?
Was each QSO in the correct part of the band for the mode you were using and your region and licence class?
with same Mode in each QSO?
What ACTUAL version of Log4OM are you using?
My guess is that you had the QSO on a band not allowed by the award?

Yes, same callsign on all four QSOs, PR0T.
Yes, four different bands and modes: 80m CW 3511.2 kHz, 30 m FT8 10133 kHz, 20 m SSB 14170 kHz and 15 m SSB 21365 kHz.
I have tried to enter 10136 kHz on 30 m, but there is no difference. It is the 30 m FT8 QSO that does not show the ARLHS award.
The version I am using is 2.32.1.0
There are no limitations for the ARLHS awards regarding the modes and bands I have worked on, and of course, I have adhered to the frequency, output power and other regulations for my Extra Class license.

Check the selected bands in the award and you will see not all bands selected unlock award, select required bands and re save - restart log4om
