OPERATOR INFO NOT POPULATING AFTER LATEST DOWNLOAD

After downloading the latest version, operator/address, etc. info is not populating. All other info and interface with QRZ, LOTW is working ?

Have you checked the Program config/info providers user name and password are working by clicking the test buttons on right

Having the same problem. Did re-install. Test showed "successful". Operator info still not populating when entering a call sign on LOG4OM. It shows the state or country but no operator info? Always appreciate your help. Dan K2DJL

QRZ API key is correct

Download of operator details from QRZ is nothing to do with the API key. The API key is used to send qso's to QRZ

Check your QRZ lookup connection works in the settings/program config/info providers menu, clicking the small icon to the right of the password box should result in a green check mark to the left of the QRZ user name (Your call)

Dont forget that sometimes QRZ gets stressed during periods of high activity and today was a big contest so it might be a QRZ issue that will be resolved by tomorrow after the contest
