Greg, just went thru this myself. Are you going into a serial port or using and serial to USB converter? it is tricky but once the port and baud rate are matched, it should take off. Some radio's need to be started first with the program open...

I have version 1.30 however in trying to use award manager I do not see any reference to the DXCC award in the award listing. In research I saw where DXCC is hard coded into Log4OM. In the GUI, I see nothing regarding DXCC award or how to open and use it's database.
