Something new has arisen. My GUI screen takes way too long to update. I'm running 2.28.0.0. I can click on a callsign to make a QSO. I'm receiving more and more digital QSL's. Is there a way to attach the digital QSL to the QSO record??? It seems the "Attachments" tab is only for eQSL's??? Thanks, Herb WB8ASI

Terry, Thanks for the tip on opening the a .json file with notepad. But better yet as a final update and good news ending to my problem..........I found my old config.json files in the Log4OM2/backup/historic folder. Guess I should have looked further at the start. It only took me 2 tries going back...

Terry, Took me awhile to find the config.json file. I found it in the User folder. When I copy it into the new LOG4OM2/User folder and open the program it has the same chopped off Program Config window. So it appears the problem is in my config file??? While waiting for further guidance, thought I would try deleting all the layout files in the Main version and replacing them with the known good copies in the Portable version. No luck. Still getting that chopped down frozen Program Config window on the Main version.

I didn't see any layout file that looked like "config". I deleted "layout_datagrid_cluster_Home.json", "layout datagrid_cluster_Main.json" and "layout_datagrid_Home.json". The Program Config WIndow is still locked and chopped. The layout files did not recreate...
