I check every time my qso lotw comfirmation on lotw page is ok many qso is comfirming,,, but i cant see log4om Lotw received ,,, all qso is lotw received no how to update it ? i try many method but i cant make it

I use nanokeyer K3NG firmware and connected direct usb,, i use last log4om version.
