Re: IC-705 and Log4OM cable connection
Progress - the cable I was using was only a charging cable, no data connection. It's something to be aware of! I can now see the Com ports (5 & 6). I've not managed to connect yet, but I think I'm nearly there!

IC-705 and Log4OM cable connection
I've tried connecting the IC-705 to my PC via Bluetooth without success, even though I could see Com ports (3 & 4) being created. I switched my PC Bluetooth off and plugged in the USB to Micro USB cable to try that way. The connection isn't working and I can't see any Com ports being created in ...

Re: IC-705 and LOG4OM/Omnirig
I had a fresh in stall of LOG4OMm and Omnirig but will check for Omnirig updates. I tried the IC-7610, but didn't know which rigs are similar regarding settings. I'll try others. I had connected the rig to the PC over Bluetooth. Will try USB and check for driver installs if I can't get that to work....

IC-705 and LOG4OM/Omnirig
Hello,
I'm trying to set up the LOG4OM connection between my PC and an IC-705 but this transceiver does not appear in the Omnirig CAT settings. What's the best way to resolve this?

Moving SQL Lite database to the cloud
When I originally set up Log4OM I hosted the database on my local computer. I now want to move it to OneDrive so that I can access it from more than one computer. I realise I could export the whole database as an ADIF file, then set up a new one in the cloud, import everything to it and delete the o...

Re: CW spot changes mode to CW-R on IC-7600
I have the same problem. I found the file and where it needs to be changed but after making changes, it doesn't allow me to save the file saying I need the permission of the owner/administrator?

Re: Club .dat file integration
Thanks Terry. I'll look into that. I guess FOC membership is too limited to make it worthwhile adding the capability to the main log but perhaps other clubs that maintain membership lists of this type may find it useful too. CWOps has a much larger list, for example. I appreciate the fast support! 7...

Club .dat file integration
For about a year I've been Log4OM for general logging and I'm really happy with it. I'm a member of the FOC CW club (g4foc.org) and the club resources include a download of a binary FOC.DTA file to instantly see if contacts entered into the Logger32 program callsign field are FOC members, and to sho...
