It turned out to be the font sizes. changed all of the window text to 12 and it seemed to fix the issue. All window and application text is visible now.

The attached file shows fields that are hidden below portions of other sections of the screen. I have searched the forum but haven't found a solution. I have change screen resolution and also rebooted. No joy.. I really like what I have seen so far but I need to resolve this issue ...
