No, I can't log in to ve7cc from a CC User app, I get a timeout and error message about the port (23). I tried a command-line Telnet connection from the PC but it failed, too. It seems like the port isn't open or something but I'm not too familiar with these type of communication prototols.

Telnet Won't Connect To Clusters
After selecting a number of clusters and clicking on "connect", Telnet initiates connection, cluster indicator goes yellow for a few seconds, then cluster indicator turns green for a second, then drops out and goes gray again. I've tried everything I can think of to no avail. Any help would be ...
