Been running Log4OM v 2.23.0.0 since it came out.
Just started getting this message a few minutes ago.
Is this a eQSL problem or a Log4OM problem?

I know this is old but I had the same problem and figured out what was wrong... If TQSL tries to send more than ~9 records at the same time, it locks up and has to be killed from task manager. This will lock up any program that is calling it. I always have to use the QSL manager and send 7 at a time...
