Hmmmm... I already have .Net 5.0.17 and 6.0.36 installed. When I downloaded the 4.8 from MS and tried to install it, it said that the install was aborted, due to their being a higher version of .NET already installed.
Everything seems to be running OK tho...

Re: Edit QSO window not working?
Found it... it's apparently a 'Windows' problem where sometimes the screen gets 'lost' or displays off-screen. (Especially prevalent when switching displays with different resolutions.)

Edit QSO window not working?
Hi all... just recently, when I double click on an entry in the 'Recent QSOs' list, or select one, right click and select 'Edit QSO' nothing happens. It looks like the Edit QSO window is not opening correctly.
This is on version 2.27.1.0. It worked before -- not sure why it's stopped now.
Any ideas ...

It works fine for me (as of 11:09am PST) Dec. 22nd. It takes a little while to load on my browser (Edge), but it is coming up.

Re: Restoring from Backup
OK, that's great! Many thanks for the quick response.
Much appreciated.
What I'm trying to do is 'try some stuff' with ADIF import and wanted a way to 'go back to the start' if it failed.
Thanks again

Restoring from Backup
Again, another newbie question...
I'm wondering how to restore the program db from one of the 'backed up' versions? I have automatic backup set up for my PC, and the two files created in the folder are the .json for the config and the .sqllite for the db.
How do I tell the program to restore from ...

Re: Flex 6600m connecting to LOG4OM
Hi Duane.. I have a 6500 connected to Log4OM via OmniRig, but I found I have to use the 'old' v1.2 version to make it work. I can't get the 2.0 version to work at all. Did you recently upgrade your OmniRig? Did you install a new version of SmartSDR/ (I'm using 2.8.0)

Re: CQ zone not correct on data lookup?
Thanks Nolan... I had QRZ as my primary and QRZCQ as my secondary. I've changed the secondary to HAMQTH.
I don't have an XML subscription with QRZ, but the lookup 'seemed' to be working -- getting name and location, etc. but just the wrong CQ zone info. Does the XML provide access to additional info ...

CQ zone not correct on data lookup?
Hi... sorry if this is a newbie question, but i'm new to LOG4OM.
When I do a callsign lookup for US hams, it invariably comes back with CQ Zone 5, which is fine for the east coast, but not correct for west coast or mid-US.
Also, when I put in my QTH location info, it also came back with CQ Zone 5 ...
