I would venture this is a bug in a way or a simple garbage in garbage out issue.
Not sure this can be duplicated but a simple try is to have 5 QSO with 4 having gridsquare as 6 digits and 1 having gridsquare as 4 digit (as incorrect settings from Gridtracker can cause).

Will be more precise next time.
Many issues caused I believe by a gridsquare issue, I have done nothing else that would resolve the issues.

Well, I didn't give up...

This is resolved. Nearly all of the 6000 records had 4 digit gridsquares, I did a mass delete of gridsquare info and did a mass update of info through the QSO manager and now KML export works, web export is working again and it seems things are running smoother.

Admins, Do you offer more in-depth support, even paid. Logging has gone from bad to worse and I cannot figure out what is the matter. I am willing to share screens, talk on phone or whatever but I believe this is beyond forum assistance

Export works with a fresh install on my laptop.

I simply will not use KML exports.

I guess I am baffled at your last statement. How is it possible to have file/folder permissions problems with only LOG4OM, for only 1 function within that software?

I have uninstalled Google Earth and reinstalled, as far as permissions... can you throw me a hint at where to start?

I will download a fresh copy on my laptop and go through the setup/configure and import a full ADIF export, maybe just a full reinstall will fix this.

What is the best way to approach a full removal and then a reinstall to not lose anything?

LOG4OM is installed on drive C: (C:\Program Files (x86)\IW3HMH\Log4OM NextGen). I have tried KML exporting to drive C: and to drive D: as well as a local network drive the same issue of no file created happens on all drives in any folder I have tried.

Great...... something local to my system. Yes Google Earth Pro is installed and working. For good measure I removed it and reinstalled.

Same Result.
Debug Log from live log only indicates the same File Not Found error.

Install the Beta and it has the same result. Adi exports are OK with either the beta or the previous version.
