Is there anything on program log? like "is not a valid RemoteControlMessage"?

if that happens again:
the PORTABLE version has a /config folder in the ZIP file.
That is the exact content of the \Roaming\Log4OM2\ folder so if the installer is missing something you can get it from there.

The underlying issue is Windows that manages log4OM as a "unexpected unknown application ...

1) your configuration (who is logging into Log4OM? manual input? external software via network connection?)
2) what is your info provider? (qrz.com, hamqth, qrzcq, others)
3) a callsign example

have you checked if the external application is providing that ...

Seems we're experiencing a malicious huge traffic from some foreign IP's
I set some firewall rules and informed my ISP about the situation

have an example of "wrong" callsign? i would need the call and the source provider you use for the data.
