I run a docker container with 10.6 just for Log4OM2 until the database client gets updated.

The database client in Log4OM2 needs to be updated, as was discussed in another thread on the topic. Until that's done, you're stuck with older version of MariaDB/MySQL. And to be more specific, the date is missing in (1) in the first line that starts with "Beginning download from https://logbook [..]" and is present in (2).

Log4OM 2.32.1.0 on Win11.

The following appears to be a reliable repro for me:

(1) Open QSL Manager, select QRZCOM, select Download confirmations, the received since date is ignored.
(2) Open QSL Manager, select QRZCOM, select required, Upload confirmations, Download confirmations, the received ...

Interestingly, when I open the QSO up from within QSL Manager, select QSL, select LoTW, and hit upload, the QSL is uploaded to LoTW quietly and successfully.

TQSL 2.7.2/2.5/11.27

Issue:

I have a couple of QSOs in my log that are already uploaded to LoTW but are not marked as such in Log4OM2 as they were uploaded outside of Log4OM2. Every time I attempt to search, select required, upload, TQSL upload hangs here:
