Re: FT8 QSOs not uploading to QRZ...but SSB contacts are

Thanks for not yelling at me!!!!

When I upgraded from my older to this version of LOG4OM2, the setting did not come along for the ride from the previous version.
I'll make a note to check it for the next version. Thanks!!!!

FT8 QSOs not uploading to QRZ...but SSB contacts are

I hope this is not a repeat question.

I am using v2.32.1.0 LOG4OM2 and I hadn't worked FT8 in a while.

QSOs on SSB upload to QRZ.com automatically...and that works great as usual.
However, I made a couple of QSOs on FT8 and they did not upload. I thought it was a glitch on my part and made a SSB QSO ...

Re: QSO Manager ADIF Export

... is the distance in time I have to manually search. I may have one QSO in May 2024 and the next in August of 2018. Since I operate in digital mode (FT8) I tend to accumulate a lot of QSO's. Over 11,000 now. If I have to manually search, I'll be better off exporting one a time. I can merge ADIF files ...

logging stopped suddenly

I was chatting away on FT8 And FT4 today with Log4Om 2.28.0.0 being fed by WSJTX through GridTracker. I made several QSO's and these are normally logged immediately in Log4Om so I don't check that all the time.
But after signing off, I noticed that of all of today's QSO's (15 or so) only 1 was logged ...

Re: County Name Format

... logging several calls manually including my own, and it always just retrieves the County name without including the State. I also just made a few FT8 QSOs, and they logged properly as State,County when logged by WSJT-X. I needed a few counties in the recent Florida QSO Party, and have a couple ...

NordVPN blocks WSJT to Log4om data transfer

Hi
I have run into a problem when using NordVPN on my shack PC (W10) that the UDP packets dont get from WSJT or other FT8 software to LOG4OM. If I disable NordVPN it works fine.. anyone else had this problem?

Cheers
Bob

WSJT-X Connection Issues

... refreshing the log and new QSOs are still not showing up.

Shortly after this I noticed this another problem popped up, Log4OM started changing FT8 to RTTY in the mode field. I recall this happening before, but can't remember what the fix was.

Everything with OmniRig looks good, nothing has ...

Re: Operator Name not showing

When you see this is only the FT8 QSO's and not the SSB ones would it not make you suspect that something is wrong with the WSJT connection, like UDP settings?

Default radio/ant based on mode

Great program!

I use one radio for FT8 and another for other modes. I would love to see default rig/antenna based on mode used. This would associate a mode with one radio setup. Could be useful for other modes like DMR, etc...

Thanks for your consideration!
