Re: ARRL LOTW Issues
Chuck, I don't think you can delete your log. However, some stations re-submit their logs. Supposedly an exact duplicate is rejected. However, it might be that there has been some slight change in the qso (grid square, etc.), and it is accepted. I'm not certain this is what is happening, but it is p...

Re: QTF Heard Island
If your ClubLog Data Base is up to date it will show as Heard Is. The SCL should also be updated although VK0EK is not QRV until Mar 20th so will not show based on the SCL file. So be careful you don't work a SLIM. That was my problem. I had not checked the ClubLog Exception box. Thanks & 73, J...

Re: QTF Heard Island
When I type in VK0EK, it shows the country as Antarctica, and AN-003 is not in the drop down list. However, if I change the country to Heard Is., then AN-003 is in the list.

Re: Worked All States...error message
I just checked, and many of the listings under the Not Found category do have the state populated. Not a big problem for me, just wanted to let you know. 73, Jim N6VH The state field may be populated but often if the state information has come from a previous logging software it may not be in the c...

Re: Slow database lookup?
Hi Terry Ticking/unticking the box changed the lookup time from "instant" to a worse case of close to 10 seconds on the desktop PC with Win 7/64 bit. More later. 73 Dave I checked the box (it had been unchecked), and the lookup might have been slightly faster. However, even with the box u...

Re: Slow database lookup?
Dave, I use SQlite, and my log has over 50000 QSO's. A search takes about a second or less. Your computer is certainly fast enough, so there must be something else that is slowing things down. Incidentally, how much memory do you have? Another possibility is that there is another program running tha...

Re: TQSL errors on QSL Upload
You should set the location in Log4OM to be EXACTLY the same as it is in your TQSL certificate. In the example you gave, they are not the same.

Re: Download from EQSL
Terry, Thank you. The problem was the password. I was using the correct password, but "#" was one of the characters. The password worked when I was uploading, but the download routine apparently doesn't like that character. I changed the password with both EQSL and Log4OM, and everything i...
