I no longer use Teamviewer for support because unless I pay for it, it locks me out after a couple of minutes and I cant afford to pay to use it just to provide free support to Log4OM users.

In future I will use AnyDesk to support our users and this requires the user to have Anydesk installed on the PC where Log4OM is installed.

Dont forget we have produced 22 YouTube video tutorials for Log4OM and a 220 page user guide plus a Quick start guide.
