My Callsign locator is not correct in the cluster on most callsigns.
Not sure where the grid is coming from but its not correct for me.
My lookup service is QRZ and appears correct.

Re: Callsign locator
Don´t know what you mean, Please explain. In the Main UI i see the grid from the russian station (Your own you´ll find in "MyStation". I don´t
see your call as a Spotter in the cluster window ??? If you spot with your origin call it will be o.K. in the clusters. Tell us more what´s wrong
with your locator ??

Re: Callsign locator
If you look at the Russian station it is showing his grid as KN97. If you look in the Cluster it is showing as KO86
My friend Brian was just spotted (WW0Z) and when I clicked him to add him to QSO box his grid showed EN31 (same as mine), which is correct be his grid in cluster window was EM19.

Re: Callsign locator
Maybe a problem if a spotter setting a locator in the cluster b4 he spotting (that´s possible) .... The original is KN97 on qrz, com.
But i don´t see any spot from your friend Brian (WW0Z) in the cluster screenshot i see only a few times
N4QS as spotter and one times W4UW and WB0RUR ...

Re: Callsign locator
WW0Z was earlier and I had sent him a screenshot of how the Log4OM cluster works and that is where I noticed something was wrong. Since his Grid is same as mine it stood out.
Where is cluster grid info coming from? I assumed it was from my info provider?
Brians spot (WW0Z) actually came from my CWskimmer KD0ZV/A. But the lookup had to come from somewhere as the Skimmer does not provide grid info.
Regardless its pretty much all callsigns that are wrong.
Here is WW0Z. QSO window shows correct EN31 but cluster shows EM19

Re: Callsign locator
I just changed my own locator in qrz.com (primary) and the change was immediately picked up by Log4OM.Where is cluster grid info coming from? I assumed it was from my info provider?

Re: Callsign locator
I checked out that the cluster is regarding to his qrz.com entry .. And this one shows what he has
entered at qrz.com ....
Don´t know what´s wrong on the spotters side. Log4OM does only receive spots, we don´t made changes in
the cluster engine.

Re: Callsign locator
So Log4OM is not adding the grid square based on the info provider?
My CWskimmer is not providing the grid square so where did EM19 come from?
And yes, your screenshot shows his correct grid square. But the cluster does not.

Re: Callsign locator
The Grid locator lookup of a given call is looked up by the primary info provider, I just tested it.
I went through my last 10 QSO's and and compared it with my primary info provider. All were correct.
