Special DOK ENTRY

Hi
Hope someone can help
I have just received some paper osl,s and I would like to know if there is anyway to enter a special DOK into the list'
Ihave a card with "sonder DOK 1275FD" but I cannot work out how to add it to the dok list

Use the black + indicated below and then add the ref to the resulting window, click the tick
