Hi guys,
since I updated the worked countries continue to appear in red. For example, I recently connected Mali in 20m and the same station should appear in gray on the same band. Instead it continues to appear red to me as if it were a new one.
Advice?

Re: Worked in red
When you say worked do you mean an ssb or cw with you adding the qso manually
Or
A QSO coming from external software like ft8 from WSJT or psk from Fldigi?

Re: Worked in red
Hi Terry,
I worked it on 20m SSB now it still gives me red (TZ4AM).
I closed and restarted log4om but it is always red and is, obviously, present in the LOG (also on QRZ and LOTW)

Re: Worked in red
Does it show as worked in the awards statistics/DXCC?
In the program config/performance tab make sure all three boxes are checked
Check your cluster filters are set to worked and not some sort of confirmation like LOTW

Re: Worked in red
Hi Terry, I solved it and you were right but I didn't understand which cluster filter you were referring to.
In the attached image I used the correct one. Now everything is ok but something no normal happens anyway. When I close and reopen Log4OM, the filter sets me back to LOTW instead of WORKED. Some advice?

Filter setup is at: Settings / Program Configuration / Confirmations ... once you make adjustments be sure to tap "Save and apply"
Rescan Awards: View / Awards status / Maintenance tab ... once you have selected the Award you are working with.
