Hi,
I'm new to this logging program so excuse me if I ask a very basic question.
I came from DXbase logging program and regarding the QSO confirmations was a simple YES or NOT field
on the QSO record to let me know if I sent QSL (paper or electronic) and if I received the corresponding confirmation.
This was done manually or with offline utilities to load and receive confirmations from the providers.
I was more than happy to realize that with LOG4OM all coud be automatized!
Beside paper QSL I use : LOTW, Clublog, eQSL.
I had no problems in sending my QSO data to those providers.
Going to their web sites I cheched the uploads and the QSL confirmations .
Everythings works,my data and the corresponding confirmations were there!
The problem is when I go back to LOG4OM, chech a surely confirmed QSO and see that the confirmation is not recorded and the receive is in "requested".
As can be seen from the attachment the files result sent to the providers but the confirmations (checked directly on their web sites) are missing.
I surely miss something and any help would be appreciated.

Did you check in the QSL manager if the QSO is marked correctly?

Hi Terry,
Thanks for the fast replay.
Looking to the QSL manager windows (and carefully looking the manual) I think I understood how QSL confirmation works :
LOWL eQSL and Clublog "automatically" load my QSO data once I provided LOG4ON the righ credential in a "set and forget" manner.
To receive a QSL confirmation from LOWL and eQSL is another matter : You have to go QSL manager , manually select a time / QSO range and then ask to download confirmations.
My mistake was to suppose thet LOG4OM could automatically do this step also.

You can see more about the Confirmations and dealing with them from Terry's YouTube videos as well. Here is a link to the Log4OM V2 YouTube library.
Terry has done 3 separate sessions about Confirmations.

Marco,
Welcome and enjoy. There is a lot to sort through. I still learn new things each/every day.
Be sure to do a Force Download of the User Guide at: Help / User Guide / English (force update)
After a moment or two the most current U.G. will download and open in your preferred PDF viewer.
Terry is always updating the U.G. so I check/download at least one a week.
