Re: DXCC Error
Don´t know where a Problem is but on my side it show´s Azores. I´m using HamQTH for
the online lookup.
the online lookup.
73´s .. Juergen ... ALT-512 SDR (10W) , 50 m random wire at SG-211 autotuner, 2 x Xiegu G90 (20W HF TRX) one as portable Radio. Also TS-790E (40 W) for VHF/UHF with X-50 vertical and Duoband 4-Element LPDA.
Re: DXCC Error
Edit 2021-06-04 09:45TU mistake betxeen ClubLog and QRZ.com Sorry
Thank you very much Juergen, it's very interesting ...
So I put HAMQTH in "primary source" in "Settings / Program configuration / Info provider" and QRZ.com in Falsafe and indeed in this case I have "Azores" as country
Does this mean that there is a Pb with QRZ.com?
However, I can see that the ClubLog file is updated regularly.
Can you give it a try by putting QRZ.com in "primary source" to see if you have the same problem?
If you have the same problem it means that there is a problem with QRZ.com, if you do not notice this same problem it means that there is a problem with me but what problem?
Do you have any advice for me?
In any case, thank you for taking the time to do this test. Thanks and 73

Re: DXCC Error
if you type CU7 Log4OM resolves it as AZORES.
So the internal engine is working correctly.
If you type the full callsign CU7CL disabling QRZ.COM (i think you mean QRZ not Clublog in last post) search it resolves AZORES
If you check the callsign on QRZ.COM it resolves Portugal, as the user set PORTUGAL on his QRZ.COM
That's not a Log4OM issue or something we can fix. The callsign owner, for some reason, set his country to Portugal in QRZ.COM, while according to the callsign it should be Azores.
Maybe he moved back to the continent and kept his call?

Re: DXCC Error
Still wondering. For a test i have set qrz.com as primary source and i receive Azores from QRZ.com too.
Only difference is that i don´t receive a Grid but i´m not a xml subscriber and that´s normal.
And that´s my settings in the configuration Tab ....

Re: DXCC Error
No the country shown on QRZ is Portugal and that is what is received from QRZ by Log4OM from the lookup so it remains a QRZ issue

Re: DXCC Error
Oh OK Terry
actually I did not see that I had looked just the address
but then why Juergen does not have this pb?
He must see a reason visibly on my PC?
If someone wants to try to test my PC I can use TeamViewer ...

Re: DXCC Error
I dont beleive Jurgen is a QRZ subscriber so he does not get a complete lookup, thats why he uses HamQTH
Set up set up set up - Check Check Check

Hi Daniel,
I'm a QRZ.com subscriber and I have the same problem. As Terry mentioned, this is a problem with QRZ.com. Marco CU7CL needs to correct this under "Update the basic callsign data" and, under Country, select Azores instead of Portugal.
