Screen shot pleaseF6EXV wrote: ↑24 Jul 2021, 07:10 Hi all
I just reinstalled L4OM version 2.15.0.0 after uninstalling the previous one, and the problem remains the same....
On win10.
Again, I have the window open, only in the task back (does not show on screen), but it is completely blank.
Very strange... Any new idea ?

Here it is
Whether I try to edit from the "recent QSO" window, or the "worked before", it is the same : blank edit window, only on task bar...

Re: QSO edit
You say windows 10 is that on a PC or are you running on a Mac under parallels or a Linux wine set up?

Re: QSO edit
It is a Win 10 computer, has run that OS for years (updates done), no other OS, no Linux, no nothing "weird" (HI) ...
Also, I just noticed that the short-cut icon on my desktop does not show the usual design, just a "white page" design... Could this be related to my other problem ?

Re: QSO edit
Check in your folder C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Roaming\Log4OM2\user
If there is a file named layout_datagrid_QsoEditor_user.json delete it and restart Log4OM

Terrey
I did find that file, I closed Log4OM, I deleted the file, and restarted Log4OM.
The file is not longer there, but my problem still is...

Re: QSO edit
Then it has to be something to do with graphics drivers, have you or has windows updated you drivers lately!
You could try reinstalling the drivers or roll back windows

Re: QSO edit
No, except that one of my 3 screens went kaput, I replaced it, but I am not sure the preference order between my screens has not changed.
Obviously I have tried to check the other screens, but the edit window is nowhere...
How do I know which drivers could have been affected by the latest Win10 update ?

I cannot revert to a previous Windows10 version, as the latest update was more than 10 days ago....
So what do I do now ?
