For me I am (in large part) a straight key (and bug) CW fan so short or long QSOs are the ticket!

I started in radio over 60 years ago and I am virtually 100% CW but end time never concerned me since the day I started logging.

Every morning I have a CW QSO with a mate in Germany which is always at least 30 minutes long, he never logs his QSO's and I only do so in case someone accuses me of interference and I need to prove transmission times.

I'm very happy that you are content in the practice of your radio hobby, so am I. :)

I would refer this to HRD if it was their bug, but I think it's yours. I believe the ADIF spec dictates that in the absence of a <QSO_DATE_OFF> tag it should be assumed the QSO was less than 24 hours?

Thanks again, I can work around this bug in the near term pretty easily.

Larry

edited to clarify when QSO_DATE_OFF tag required.

GA Daniele, my pleasure.

The sed script to add that field into the HRD ADIF was trivial and worked FB, so I have imported my HRD logs and starting to play with Log4OM2 and enjoying it a lot so far!
