Hello!
Since one or two days the Info Provider Look up doesn't work.
None of the 3 Accounts doesn't work with LOG4OM.
But my account of qrz.com works normally, but not the call sign look up with LOG4OM.
What do i do wrong?
Best regards
Martin
Provider Look up doesn't work
Re: Provider Look up doesn't work
Martin,
When in the Configuration / Info Provider tab be sure to check/tap the button at the right side of each info location (QRZ, HamQTH, etc.). Tapping that button will confirm (or not) of your login and password is working.
See image below that I used with another OM late last night with similar question here on Forum.

Make sure your passwords don't include special characters like
+×÷=/_€£¥!@$$%^&*-":,;?()
+×÷=/_€£¥!@$$%^&*-":,;?()

The Passwort is correct.
I copied the password from word and typed it more then two time in. nothing works.
I tested my password on the other computer. and if i typed the wrong password, log4om says, wrong password.
On the PC in the shack the error message is
[Qrzcom] error in Logon: [qrzcom] call is not valid.

Looking at the error message you posted I'm guessing that the call-sign you are using is mis-keyed.
My experience with 'copying & pasting' logins and/or passwords can sometimes include unseen control characters. Not always, but occasionally it can happen.
Something is not right in syncing up with your login and password from one PC to another.

Hello Nolan!
I have tried to change my password on hamqth and tried this at log4om.
I have changed from german to english keyboard layout.
My call sign is oe5mzl there could be z and y changed, but nothing helps.
i have no idea, where the mistake is.
best regards

You noted above that Log4OM V2 and connections to the noted sites is working on one computer, but not on the new one.
Is it still the case that your connections, etc., still work FB on the one computer?
Or is this a completely new installation on the ham radio computer and it has never worked?
I'm just trying to better understand the sequence of events from your posts.
I think you have noted:
- Log4OM V2 is working on one computer and all connections, etc. (HamQTH and others) are working fine.
- You have now installed Log4OM V2 on a new / ham radio computer and none of the logins, links, etc. are working.
Am I mis-understanding that basic flow? Of course it would not be the first time, but I'm just trying to help get this resolved for you.
