Receiver Frequency Display Accuracy When Using Cluster
Receiver Frequency Display Accuracy When Using Cluster
When I click on a spot shown in the cluster, my radio will tune the given frequency but offset by 700hz. When I double click on the spot the second time the frequency matches the spotted frequency. What should I change so the frequency displayed on my radio matches the spot on the first try?

You have enabled Offset in the CAT section in Configuration. See image below.

I checked my configuration CAT settings. The offsets are set at zero.

Re: Receiver Frequency Display Accuracy When Using Cluster
Thank you for addressing my question. Here are some details.
Log4OM2 Version 2.18.0.0
Windows 10
Yaesu FTdx3000 using the USB port
Other software running - PstRotatorAZ, Omni-Rig 1.19 & Dimension 4
The 700hz frequency variance occurs when spotting on any band while switching from a CW spot to a SSB spot or vice versa. For example, when spotting a station on 7017.000 the receiver will move to 7017.700 on the first attempt. On the second double click it will tune to 7017.000. When spotting from one CW spot to another CW spot the receiver moves to the proper frequency. Same results when moving from one SSB spot to another. The error only occurs when changing modes.

Take a look at the screen clip I provided above. Try ticing or un-ticing the options regarding inverting SSB / CW, etc.. There are a few options to test and see what works best for your rig.

Check the poll interval in Omnirig, set to lowest value

HELLO
I can not see the frequency in the second VFO
I use ICOM 7800 omnirig microkeyer II
thanks

Re: Receiver Frequency Display Accuracy When Using Cluster
I tried setting the poll interval to the lowest setting which is 100ms. This change had no effect on the display discrepancy. I then checked two boxes in the Configuration CAT screen as shown below. Doing this fixed the issue I was having.
Invert SSB side (CW)
Send MODE before FREQ to radio
