Hi,
In the manual there is a reference to "Quality Checks" during adif import & UDP transfers
If I have the various online lookup services enabled
Will any of those update the Grid Square..??
I don't want my FT8 QSO Grids updating,
I have corrected quite a few after email exchanges with the OM's
They have subsequently updated QRZ and/or FT8 Grid
My adif is "clean"
Thanks for any help

Re: GRID Squares during Import or UDP Transfer
Update to version 2.18 which gives you the choice to not do any updates

Re: GRID Squares during Import or UDP Transfer
Hi Terry,
So I have installed the latest version...
sorry
I can't find anything related to keeping grid squares during imports or udp
I see the one in settings for keeping manually entered grid squares
Thanks... Dave

Re: GRID Squares during Import or UDP Transfer
Does not specifically mention grid squares it says no quality checks and none as shown below
This is relevant to ADIF import whereas a UDP transfer does not update any information already present just fills where data does not exist - e.g. N1MM does not include country or DXCC data in its UDP transfer, we append that missing data.
