Setup error

I'm using the latest version of LOf4om. The setup page positions itself in the upper right hand corner of the screen with the top line (exit, save etc.) not visible. I changes the size of the the upper right corner. app on my seen but it always grabs the upper right hand corner as described. I cannot shut down the app other than contl-alt del. I have rebooted the computer, reinstalled the program with the same results.

Suggestions please

Thanks for your efforts Terry. Unfortunately, that did not help. Nor did any of the other settings under "personalize". The program works well until I open settings, then everything freezes.
