Offline with hamlib-4.0

CAT frequency shows offline constantly.
I think it may be because hamlib 4.0 now returns VFO along with the frequency and Log4OMV2 may not like the additional VFO: line (which it should ignore if it doesn't want the information)
Rig command: f
Frequency: 7074000
VFO: VFOA
Here's a recent version of 4.0 you can test -- and include it in Log4OM if you want....we're very close to a release candidate. This is the 64-bit and if you need 32-bit let me know.
