Saving and recalling complex filters

Post by K2GAV »

Simple filters seem to work, get saved, recall and still work. However, there are filters I create that work, but when I save them (.json file) and then recall them the search Query Parameters window is blank and therefore the filter doesn't work. If the filter works properly when created, why won't it save and recall and still work?

Here's an example -- Find where MyRig starts with "SB1000" AND (Mode starts with "PSK" OR Mode starts with "JT" OR Mode starts with "FT")

Leave out the AND it's a known issue

You don't actually need to use and because that's the default anyway

I have left out the AND and it doesn't work. My written out example using the word AND is NOT how I'm saving the filter. I know about not using AND from a previous post. This is a new issue.

See attached image for an example of the filter that works, but won't work upon save and recall...

Remember, it works, but won't save and recall. This window is empty upon recall of the .json file.
