Log4OM2 will not close

I'm using log4OM2 (next gen) and the application will not close when clicking "exit"
It is set to upload to LOTW upon exiting. I enter the LOTW password, but the following messages are left on the screen. I have to re-boot the PC to close the application
"scheduler closed"
"saving form status"
"shutting down Log4OM application"
Any idea why?

Which version of Log4OM V2 are you using? You can find it at: Help / About

Some screen shots of your error codes will also be helpful.

Is this a new installation of Log4OM V2?

Did the problem just start or have you experienced it before?

Have you always been able to do the LOTW "auto-upload" when Log4OM V2 shuts down?

One of the first things to do will be to go into: Configuration / External Services / LOTW ... and "un-tic" Automatic upload on close. Save and Apply that change.

Then shut down Log4OM V2 and see if it will close properly.

Verify that and then we can take the next step to further ID and isolate your hiccup.
