Log4OM loads but doesn't display (no window at all). I've been using it for a few years uneventfully. The version I have has not been updated for quite awhile. Don't know the version I have, but the LOGOMUI.exe file is 9,416,704 bytes and the date I installed it is 10/9/2018. When I double click the Log4OM icon it loads (I find it in the Windows Task Manager in the "Processes" tab, listed under "Background Processes". As an aside, I note that Update for Windows 10 V20H2 for x64 based systems (KB4023057) went into my machine on 6/12/21 and Cumulative Update for Windows 10 V20H2 for x64 based systems (KB5003637) went into my machine on 6/14/21.
Any help getting Log4OM displaying its window and working as it has been for the last few years would be very much appreciated. I'd very much prefer NOT to back out the windows updates while finding and fixing this problem.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Appears you are still using Log4OM V1. That release is currently on maintenance only.
Have you considered installing Log4OM V2 and then import your most recent complete ADIF log file?

Probably due to the windows update something stopped working or the .net framework may not be supported.w2bvh wrote: ↑15 Jun 2021, 18:53 Log4OM loads but doesn't display (no window at all). If you have ADIF backup files you could try a new download and instal of version 1.41 to see if that resolves it.
Alternatively update to version 2 but please read the user guide if you decide to do that.

Re: Log4OM Loads but doesn't display
Thanks for both replies! I decided to take the advice and download and run the V2 version instead of trying to find why V1 stopped. Imorting my latest adif into v2 was easy as was connection to my K2. It will take some head scratching getting wsjt-x and jtalert reźintegrated, but I'm sure I can do it. Same with the second rig (902-2.3Ghz). Worth the work.

Welcome to the V2 arena. I'm sure you will enjoy the new version. Many, many options.
As for setting up your FTxx APP connections the information for that is on pages 201 through 207 of the "current" User Guide.
Follow those items closely and you should be OK.
