When uploading an RTTY QSO to QRZ.com, the QSO is marked ASCII. This is wrong.
Also, an ADIF export of an RTTY QSO contains submode ASCII when it should not.
As a workaround, I deleted the RTTY submode ASCII from the modelist.csv file.
To keep the modelist.csv file from updating, I changed the "Update mode items"
"Active" to false in both the scheduler.xml and scheduler_clean.xml files.
