Log4OM is using your Windows settings for the time. Check your time setup in W10. You may
change it to HH:MM:SS or different in your w10 setup.

Henny,
This has been asked just recently. I've put the URL for that post below. The OM who experienced the problem simply rebooted his computer and tried again and all was OK.
You might give that a go.
