Hello,

In installed and configured Log4OM V2 the other day and it's wornderful!

Yesterday I installed Fldigi v4.1.09 and followed instruction in the V2 manual on configuring it. The two Issues I'm having are (a) I cannot key Fldigi to transmit a signal and (b) Fldigi's frequency is "static" and inconsistent with what V2's CAT frequency is showing. The Flidigi connection with V2 seems to be working as the Fldigi connection on the V2 panel is green.

I'm sure this is pilot error on my part. BTW I had Fldigi working under V1.

Any help is appreciated.

Make sure no other cat connections are set in FLDigi like Hamlib etc

FYI before I submit a support request:

When configuring my TS-890s with V2 Fldigi tracks frequency changes perfectly. Still cannot key the rig to transmit.

When configuring my FTDX101D with V2 Fldigi will not track frequency changes and will not key the rig to transmit.

So possibly part of the problem is a Yaesu implementation.

I have a FT-450D where CAT control for Frequency, Band and Mode works perfectly but cannot transmit through FLDigi.

in case it wasn't clear to someone:
select connect menu (on top) fldigi-connect

Did that from the beginning and not the answer. I've also tried much earlier versions of Fldigi with no luck.

Not sure what I did but after trying various FTDX models and going back to the FTDX101D under Omirig I got V2 and Fldigi 4.1.09 tracking.

Now to deal with the inability to key Fldigi via V2

I guess the current implementation is only one way, from Log4OM to FLDigi. In order to key the TRX you need to setup Hardware PTT in FLDigi.
