Adding 3&13cm bands to QO-100 users

If you are using the offset feature, LOG4OM can display and log the real frequency.
However you need to update the band definition to include the subject bands.
Go to: Users/"your user name"/AppData/Roaming/Log4OM2/bandplan
Change the name of file: bandplan_r1.xml, so you have it in case of failure
Copy the attached file bandplan_r1.xml file to this folder
Restart Log4OM2...
