Logging an IOTA reference

I am a new L4O user, and am very much in the learning process.
I have scoured the user guide, but can't find an answer to the following.

Is there a field in which I can log an IOTA reference for a station I am working/have worked?
If so, where is it?
Likewise, when I imported my log to L4O, the ADIF file contained many QSO records containing the ADIF IOTA field.
Where can I find this information in the "Worked before" window?

I know there is a manager for the IOTA award, and have read through the relevant part of the user guide. This seems quite complex, and I haven't got my head around the concepts embodied in the IOTA award manager yet. I will revisit that.

All I want to do at the moment is log an IOTA reference during the QSO, and be able to view that data retrospectively.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
