Reliability number

Can't figure this one out... there are stations in Europe this morning (16:40Z) that have 0 reliability but are solid 5NN copy. In the past I have found the reliability to be fairly close but not today. Hmmm

Try running a Solar Update once or twice and see if that changes anything.

Settings / Maintenance / Reload Solar Data
