Data Lookup causes cursor to jump entry field in WinKeyer Interface?

So I'm calling CQ on CW and receive a reply at 30wpm, I enter the callsign in the WinKeyer interface and when I look at the screen half the callsign is in the callsign field and the rest is in the CW Text entry box...

This seems to be caused by the data lookup being triggered and is tricky to correct and reply at the same time!

Are there any work arounds - even disabling data lookup sources does not solve this.

Is it possible to prevent any data lookup for say 5 seconds after first character is entered in the callsign field?

Not immediately, there is a huge difference in the time required to fix a small bug like this to adding a complete new module and we have other priorities at the moment.
