OK this indicates two things
1. Your Firewall or anti virus is blocking Log4OM you need to add an exception to both programs for Log4OM to be able to write to your database files
2. Update Log4OM to the latest 2.18 to resolve the "QSO not saved. Check Band/Mode/Callsign/Date" issue
