Reverted by to v2.17.0.0

An observation: I finally upgraded to v2.18.0.0, but have found the performance really slow, both waiting for a QSO to log and also the band/cluster feature keeping up with the VFO. The grey line didn't progress either and remained fixed. Back to v2.17.0.0 and all now ok.
