I know this question comes from time to time. I have followed all the known suggestions that I can see. I have a match between QTH Nicknames as seen belw but I still get the error:
Error NO MATCH ON APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME: VK1AO HOME
Are there any other suggestions as to why this error occurs? I have tried different nickname names and always made them match by copy and paste.

Re: APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME?
When you login to eqsl via the web site and look at your account/profile what does it show as your nickname there, particularly upper and lower case and punctuation?
Try changing it on the web and replicating it in Log4OM

Re: APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME?
I have changed it both places - one then the other then reverse.

So this is what I currently see and it's the same in Log4OMAlan

Re: APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME?
So you should use HomeOA as nickname in Log4OM making sure that you use the capital (Upper case) letters exactly as in eQSL
Also try your call sign (eQSL User name in Log4OM) in all capitals
If eQSL still rejects the request you need to contact them for assistance

Re: APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME?
You have not stated which version of Log4OM your using (Help/About)
I just noticed that your call sign in Log4OM does not match that shown in eQSL - They must match

Re: APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME?
I've tried converting the whole nickname to uppercase in all places - still no joy.
Version 2.23.0.0
I had the callsign that way to begin - no joy.
I will contact eQSL
thanks

Re: APP_EQSL_QTH_NICKNAME?
The call and nickname in eqsl must match the user name and nickname entered in Log4OM external services
If you have different passwords for your eqsl accounts be sure to use the correct one
With your call sign be careful about using an 'O' and not a zero
